Indira Gandhi National Open University has postponed the June Term End Examination starting from June 1, keeping in mind the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Explain that the new date of the examination will be announced later, given the situation.
VC Prof. Nageswara Rao has informed that the students will be informed 15 days before the commencement of the examination. Note that today i.e. on May 5, Prof. Nageshwar Rao will also communicate with all the students at ten o’clock. Over 5 lakh students are expected to appear in the IGNOU TEE exam this year. They will connect with students through Facebook Live sessions.
The Vice Chancellor also stated that to provide sufficient time to the learners, the dates of assignment, examination form submission and re-admission have already been extended by May 31, 2020 by the university. So that they can fill the Assignment and Examination Form in time. According to IGNOU administration, earlier the date of online application for new and old admissions in June term and examination, June session has already been extended till May 31. Information related to the revised dates of assignment submission, exam form submission and re-admission are updated on IGNOU’s official website.
