IGNOU Admission 2020 – Admission to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is conducted twice a year. Indira Gandhi National Open University is a central and open university. Postgraduate, undergraduate, diploma and certificate courses at IGNOU are conducted in two sessions i.e. July and January. Indira Gandhi National Open University first offered 2 courses in the year 1987. Those two courses were Diploma in Management and Diploma in Distance Education. Eligibility Criteria:3 year Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. In addition, he has passed Mathematics in 10 +2 and as a major subject in graduation.

Course Completion Period – Within minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years (for July and January session)
Course fee: Rs.64800 for the entire course. According to the semester, a payment of Rs.10800 has to be made every semester. If the candidates do not have Mathematics in 10 + 2 and Graduation then they have to pay an additional Rs.1400 in the first semester.

Course Name – Master of Science (Dietetics and Food Service Management)
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have done B.Sc (Home Science) in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, Piggy Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition. Have done B.Sc or equivalent (MBBS, BHHs, etc.).

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years (for July session admission)
Course fee: Rs.32,400 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.16,200 per semester.

Course Name – Master of Arts in Rural Development
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s and Higher degrees from any recognized universitie.

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum within 5 years (for July and January session admission)
Course fee: Rs.10,800 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.5,400 per semester.

Course Name – Master of Science in Counseling and Family Therapy
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate have done Human Development and Family Studies, Child Development, Human Development and Child Studies, Child Development and Family Relationship, Home Science, Psychology, Social Services, Medicine, Anthropology, Sociology, Education, Philosophy, MBBS (Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy , Medicine, nursing, etc.) in any discipline, Bachelor’s degree must have passed from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition. Have done B.Sc or equivalent (MBBS, BHHs, etc.).

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years (for July session admission)
Course fee: Rs.32,400 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.16,200 per semester.

Course Name – Master of Tourism and Travel Management
Eligibility Criteria:
Category 1 –
Candidate BTS, BA (Tourism); B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration (BHM); Bachelor’s Hotel Management or Diploma from a recognized university.
Category 2 -The candidate should have graduated from a recognized university (in addition, the candidates must pass the foundation course every semester).

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum within 4 years (July and January session for admission)
Course fee:
Category 1 – Rs 10,800 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.5,400 per semester.
Category 2 – Rs 13,200 for the entire course. Rs.7,800 in the first year and Rs.5,400 in the second year.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduation from recognized university / institute.

Eligibility Criteria: In addition to a recognized undergraduate university, if a candidate has done PGDDE from IGNOU or can take admission in second year directly.

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum within 6 years (for lit and January session admission)
Course fee: Rs.10,800 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.5,400 per year.

Course Name – M.Sc Mathematics Application with Computer Science
Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics Honors.
If the seat remains vacant, then BA / B.Sc with Mathematics subject can be applied if the candidate has passed with 50% and 55% marks.

Course completion period – minimum 2 years and maximum within 4 years (for January session admission only)
Course fee: Rs.26,400 for the entire course. Need to pay Rs.6,600 per semester.

Course Name – Master of Arts in Translation Studies
Eligibility Criteria
Good knowledge of Hindi and English with graduation.
