Is vaccination compulsory to sit in IGNOU Exam?
The IGNOU has issued certain guidelines related to COVID 19, which are very essential to follow during epidemic times, and which may be found here. The IGNOU will begin conducting the June 2021 Term End Examination from the 3rd of August. However, many students are still confused as to whether the examination would be conducted online or in a traditional classroom setting. IGNOU has clearly stated that the examination would be held in an offline mode, and the Hall Tickets for all courses have been made available to the students.
In light of this, the IGNOU has issued certain instructions for all candidates who would be appearing in the forthcoming June 2021 TEE.
In order to safeguard the health and safety of the examinees, the Examination Centers would adopt Social Distancing and other measures in accordance with Government of India standards in the present COVID-19 situation to ensure their health and safety.
The examinees are also expected to adhere to the CORONA protocol, maintain Social Distancing, and maintain good cleanliness in order to guarantee their own safety and health, as well as the safety and health of their fellow examinees.
In terms of eligibility to appear in the examination hall, IGNOU hasn’t said whether or not a candidate must be vaccinated. The examinees, on the other hand, are required to maintain social distancing and adhere to the COVID protocols.
